Spa Manzanita is looking to hire a full-time ( 30 to 40 hours/week) receptionist and spa shop manager.
Work one block from the Pacific Ocean, in the top spa on the Oregon Coast in the beautiful community of Manzanita.
The position is a very important part of the spa, you are the first person the guest meet when walking in the door or calling on the phone.
This job is a multifaceted job with a variety of tasks, some of them are listed below:

  • Answers all incoming phone calls
  • Sells all products and services
  • Schedules Appointments
  • Fields all complaints and concerns
  • Performs Opening and Closing Procedures for the spa if assigned those shifts
  • Responsible for keeping Check-In desk clean, neat, and orderly
  • Maintains professionalism
  • Creates the “First Impression”
  • Other duties as assigned.

The spa has a store, you will be in charge or assisting in sales and helping customers out with purchases.
