Reiki at Spa Manzanita
Reiki is based on the idea that there is a universal life force energy that flows through all living things. When this energy is disrupted or blocked, it can lead to physical or emotional problems. Reiki is believed to help remove these blockages and restore the body’s natural balance and harmony. It encourages you to be in the present, to be relaxed and aware within yourself, and to allow energy to begin flowing in your life again. The potential for Reiki to enhance your well-being, decrease stress, promote wellness, and encourage peace is unlimited.
When you visit Spa Manzanita, pause at the door, take a few deep breaths, be mindful and open in the moment. This part of your journey is to honor you.
You will be face-up on the massage table, remaining fully clothed, except for your shoes, glasses, phone, and smart devices. Our Reiki Master, Sam, will use his hands to channel the Reiki energy into your body with the aim of promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.

Enjoy the 60 minute Reiki session and an intuitively curated aromatherapy blend created just for you. You will take home the 10 ml aroma roll-on after your session.

guided meditation & aromatherapy foot soak
Begin your spa day with an in-person guided meditation using visualization and breathwork while you enjoy an aromatherapy foot soak and a cup of soul nourishing tea. Notice how you feel during and after the session. You may feel more relaxed, calm, happy, or energized.
